Slippery elm bark powder

Directions for Use
Gradually add and mix water to one teaspoon of the powder in a cup. Drink the mixture between meals or as required up to four times daily.
Notes on the Herb
Slippery elm, when mixed with cold water, forms a mucilaginous drink which soothes and heals the whole of the digestive tract. It is a useful instant remedy for acid indigestion, diarrhoea and 'tummy' upsets, and may be used to help normalise the bowel flora.
